Promo Deadline? Handled.
Special ProjectA major beverage company developed a new promotional cooler bag to be filled with their product and sold in major retailers. The cooler bags and trayed product arrived separately. Premier Packaging received the cooler bags and trayed product, then packaged these promotional products together to meet the marketing team’s specifications. The promotional cooler bags were assembled and shipped to meet the customer’s marketing launch timeline.
Expiring Inventory Turned Into Revenue
Leftover ManagementLeftover product was approaching expiration and taking up valuable space at the filler’s facility. Premier Packaging proactively identified the leftover product before expiration and repacked it into loose packs and different variety-pack configurations. Created incremental sales opportunity for the customer while freeing up space for fillers—a win/win for all parties.
Two Production Lines Deployed in One Week
Embedded SolutionsA major producer needed immediate incremental packaging capacity to address a peak in demand. Their own facility couldn’t handle the volume. Within one week, Premier Packaging deployed 2 production lines at the customer’s site—including equipment, supervisors, and staff. One week after deployment, we were producing at the same output as the customer’s automated variety pack lines—consistently, for several months.
